Some flats can be full of surprises! Underneath an old, dilapidated carpet, this one hid a magnificent herringbone parquet floor. From an architectural point of view, the fundamentals have been completely rethought. The kitchen, which was previously separated from the living room by an impractical corridor, has been enlarged and is now semi-open onto the living room. The decor evolves with the seasons, thanks to a base of sober, elegant furniture. This large space has made it possible to find XL-sized pieces of furniture, such as the magnificent solid wood table in the dining room and the Chesterfield sofa in the living room. A lot of the furniture (chairs, lamps, rugs) was also found at flea markets. In the sleeping area, access to the bathroom and the two bedrooms has been modified, and the bathroom has been completely rebuilt. In the master bedroom, a made-to-measure dressing room was fitted out and painted white to blend in with the walls as much as possible and keep in the light.
